Office of the District Education Officer (M) Shangla at Alpurai issued a Notification on 09-01-2023 in connection with the Grant of Conveyance Allowance and Re-imbursement of All Deducted Amounts during the summer or winter vacation to the teachers. The details are as under:
Grant of Conveyance Allowance and Re-imbursement of All Deducted Amount During Vacations
District Education Officer Shangla at Alipuari, issues a notification dated 9th January 2023. The notification issued by DEO, Shangla is about the matter of Conveyance Allowance and Deducted amounts of CA. There is an important decision that the Director of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa followed.
DEO Allows Conveyance Allowance
DEO Shangla informs the decision of The Director of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Director of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa allows granting of Conveyance and Reimbursement of all the amounts of CA that the Accounts Offices already deducted. The teachers will get this amount as per the judgment dated 07-07-2022 of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
The notification of DEO Shangla is as follows:
“In pursuance of Direction of the Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, issued vide Endst: No. 5602-62(AD Lit-II) dated: Peshawar the 06/01/2023, the grant of Conveyance Allowance and Reimbursement of all the Deducted amount may kindly be allowed to all teachers as per judgment dated: 07-07-2022 of the August Supreme Court of Pakistan priority basis.”
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Department Teachers will not only get a Conveyance allowance but also an arrears amount. It is a good decision by the Director of Elementary and Secondary Education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This is appreciable. This is in favor of the teachers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Federal Government school and college teaching staff are also getting the Conveyance Allowance during Vacations for long. Now the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government has also allowed the same for teachers of schools.
