Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, GB Secretariat Finance Department issued a Notification on 19-07-2024 in connection with Freezing GB Weather Charges (BPS-01 to BPS-05) Employees. The details are as follows:

Freezing Weather Charges GB (BPS-01 to BPS-05) Employees

No. Fin Ref 1(3)/2024-25: Consequent upon the approval of the Gilgit-Balitistan Assembly and as authenticated by the Governor Gilgit-Balitistan, the Government of Gilgit-Balitistan has been please to Freaze HB Weather Charges admissible to al Gvoernment EMployes form BS (1-5) including the Contingent Paid Staff at the level of its admissibility as on 30-06-2020.

No arrears shall be admissible with effect from 20-06-2020 in this regard.

The FD GB has also issued the Notification of Revenue Allowance 2024 @ 75% of Basic Pay on 19th July 2024 for the Revenue Field Staff employees of Gilgit-Baltistan.
