Subject: Opening of Transfer Round under the Category of Hardship / Compassionate Grounds
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to intimate that the Competent Authority has approved the opening of the E-Transfer round for hardship / compassionate grounds as per the following schedule:

Decision / Recommendation on of District Hardship Committee to Departmental Hardship Committee
Appeals before Divisional GRC against District Hardship Committee

It is further directed to share the said schedule with lower formations as well as in all social media groups for awareness of teachers. Moreover, CEO9DEA) shall receive applications regarding posting/transfer under the category of hardship / compassionate grounds from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm in his office as per the mentioned schedule.

On 6th Aug 2024 School Education Department Punjab also issued the Notification Opening e-Transfer SED 2024 round for the school teachers. Now this notification is for a hardship-based or compensation basis.
