How to Apply for Manager Finance Administration Jobs

  1. To ensure proper processing, applicants must send their applications to the Director General, Wildlife & Parks Department at 02-Sanda Road, Lahore, exclusively through registered post or courier service by 24.03.2025. The department strictly prohibits hand-submitted applications.

  2. This is a contract-based position; however, an extension remains possible if performance meets the required standards.

  3. Although this role is Lahore-based, candidates may need to travel to various project sites as required.

  4. Applicants currently working in Government or Semi-Government Departments must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the competent authority to be considered.

  5. To complete the application process, candidates must submit their applications on plain paper, including attested photocopies of their Degrees/Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC, and two recent passport-sized photographs.

  6. It is crucial to note that the department will not process incomplete applications or those received after the deadline.

  7. The recruitment process will strictly adhere to the applicable rules and policies until the project’s gestation period concludes.

  8. After thoroughly reviewing all applications, the department will invite only shortlisted candidates for the test/interview via Letter, SMS, or Call.

  9. Candidates must cover their own travel and accommodation expenses, as the department does not provide TA/DA for the test/interview.

  10. For verification purposes, all candidates must bring their original documents to the interview, including their National Identity Card, Domicile Certificate, Transcripts, Degrees, and Experience Certificates.

  11. The department reserves the right to adjust the number of vacancies or even cancel the recruitment process at any time without prior notice.

  12. In case a local holiday falls on the test/interview date, the department will promptly announce a new date.
