The department will calculate age from the last date of application submission.

Candidates serving in the Government must submit their applications through the proper channel.

The selection board will determine eligibility based on education, experience, and interview performance.

The Ministry of NHSR&C may cancel the recruitment process at any time, even after appointment, if necessary, based on valid reasons.

The department will reject incomplete or late applications or those without the required documents.

The selection committee will call only shortlisted candidates for the test/interview.

The department will not provide TA/DA for the test/interview.

The department reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage without explanation.
