Grant of Three Months Basic Pay for All Federal Government Employees

Prime Minister Office Islamabad has issued approval of Grant of Three Months Basic Pay for All Federal Government Employees. Detail is as under:
The Prime Minister/Chairman ECC has seen and is pleased to order that all employees of the Federal Government shall be given honorarium equivalent to three months basic pays for the financial year 2017-18. No exception shall be allowed for payment in excess of the celining in any case.
The Prime Minister has further desired that for financial year 2018-19 onwards a policy may be formulated by the new elected Government after election 2018.

Whether Federal Govt employees working on deputation in Provincial Govt are entitled for this honoraria or not?
AoA, is notification k baray mai newspaper mai cutting i hai k 3 aizazi tankhway nahe di jayngi, kia yeh notification theek hai ya wo newspaper ki cutting?
It is signed and confirmed notification for the federal govt employees that govt will pay 3 Basic pay as EIDI for all federal govt employees including armed forces. I have read 8-10 articles and in only one article, armed forces were nOt mentiOned. so I think, it will be paid to all. including armed forces and those civilians who are working under the armed forces.

I’m asking to the government that the employees of provincial government are not Pakistanis.If they are not Pakistanis then ok .If they are Pakistanis please the announcement should be for all Pakistanis.and also to give compulsassion for the Pensioners.
Provincial Governments also should take step in this regard.
