According to the Daily Nawa-e- Waqt dated 05-11-2012; and Daily Jang, Federal Govt has decided to introduce Revised Pay Scales wef 01-01-2013. Govt has decided to revise the Basic Pay Scales before the upcoming election 2013 and in this way there will be a increase in pay and allowances of the Govt employees.
According to the sources, Federal Finance Department has asked the Pay & Pension committee to prepare the revised pay scales keeping in view the current financial budget so the there will be no financial load.
What is the salary of a lecturer in a public university?
Also, what will be the salary if he/she is appointed on contract basis?
Please answer both answers with basic pay and allowances?

Yes dear Mumtaz Ali the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Registry Bench had been pleased upgraded post of stenographers from BPS-12 to BPS-15 (Only District Judicairy/Court) from the month of 1.7.2012 with the consent of finance secretary and such arrears shall be paid on 1.2.2013.
Dear, the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan, Registry Branch Karachi has been pleased passed an order in the month of December-2012 regarding upgradation of Stenographers from BSP-12 to 15 (Only Stenographers of District Judiciary), and the Secretary Finance Karachi was also present on such date when the order was passed and Secretary Finance raised no objection for grant of such appeal in favors of stenographers.

A.O.A. main ye pochna chahta hoon, ky Federal Govt.jo pay scales revise kar rahi hai, kea Punjab Govt. bhi mulazimeen ky pay scales revise kary gi. ya ye pay scales jo revise hon gy, wo sirf Federal Govt. ky mulazmeen ky hon gay.
If the Pay Scales are revised then these will be applicable to all the Pakistan Employees including 4 provinces.
