Govt of the Punjab School Education Department has issued Notification No. SO (SE-IV) 2-34/2009 (TR) dated 31st May 2013 in connection with the posting/transfer of teaching staff in the Punjab Govt Educational Institutions wef 1st holiday of the summer vacations 2013 and the same routine of transfer/posting will be continued every year.
The respective transferring authorities will issue transfer orders according to the transfer policy 2013 issued vide Notification No. SO (SE-IV) 2-34/2009 dated 17-04-2013. The following time lines will be observed for the transfer/posting process:
|Receipt of Transfer Applications||June 1 to June 20|
|Scrutiny of Applications||June 21 to June 27|
|Display of Merit List and Placement on Notice Board and Website||June 28|
|Receipt of Objections||June 28 to July 4|
|Removal of Objections||July 5 to July 10|
|Issuance of Transfer Orders and Placement on Notice Board and Website||July 11 to July 15|
|Filling of Appeal||July 16 to July 22|
|Decision of Appeal||July 23 to July 31|
|Completions of Joining Appellants by||August 14|
