Govt of Punjab Services & General Administrative has issued Notification No. DS (O&M)(S& GAD)5-3/2013 dated 20th August 2013 in connection with the regularization of contract employees of BPS-16 & above working in various departments of Punjab.
The Chief Minister Punjab has pleased to allow that the Administrative Departments may further proceed regarding regular appointment of their contract employees as per the policy notification issued on 01-03-2013 except for categories falling under C&D a the matter is subjudice in the Lahore High Court.
You all know that the orders for the same had already been issued by the Punjab Govt but due to the orders of the Election Commission of Pakistan the process of the said task was stopped and now it is a good news for the employees they the process has been started.

i worked as RO (BPS-17) in Agri ministry on contract basis. my 4 year service is on BPS and after that my service was transferred to standard pay package.after that i was selected through FPSC on BPS-18. now question is that my pay is protect-able or not. if yes provide me some evidence either from Punjab or federal.regulation wing is not considering my case. plz give me some way to protect my pay if possible
Aa dear shumaila i just want to ask if Govt said all the contract employes should have to appear in ppsc what does it mean either we have to give the ppsc exam again or they only check the suitability of employees for their working seats??? nd if they have to reffere to ppsc then what is the procedure to appear in ppsc
Dear Naila, clear policy in this regard has not been issued. As this is a unique case. I think there must be concession in the result of PPSC as they are already employees.

sse 16 recruited by district local govt which are autonomous body.so they don’t need to appear in Ppsc.they will be regulized from their appointing authority which is Edo…
