Today on 30-09-2013 in Islamabad High Court was the hearing of the 20% Special Relief Allowance for all the Federal Govt Employees. The Secretary Finance did not produce the Notification of 20% Special Relief Allowance as was ordered by the IHC in the previous hearing.
The IHC issued a show cause notice to the Secretary Finance and the next date of hearing fixed as 9th October 2013. Finance Department said in the court that there will be a burden of 50 Arab annually. Justice Mr. Shaukat said that how it is possible that some employees get financial benefit and other not? Let’s see what happens during the next hearing.

Thanks for gathering updates from every nook and corner for the information of neglected class of pensioners.As for as the case of 5 adhocs is concerned three dare some pensioner have filed review petitions in Supreme Court of Pakistan in first week of October 2013.All the aggrieved pensioners are requested to raise their hands after their daily prayers before Almighty for HIS kind favour and blessing.
Sir M. Razzaq sahib you have commented on 01st.Oct,2013. How you say three pensioners applied for review petitions in Supreme Court in first week of Oct, 2013.Kindly made correction and give confirmed information and if possible give the petitioners address.We pensioners pray for their success in favor of pensioners. Regards.Pl be assured my information is 100% correct.The review petition was filed on 5.09.2013 against No 5969/2013.I am witness to it. I am afraid I will not be able to give you the name with out their permission. Although it is not secret but without their permission it is not possible for me to do so.The hint is two petitioners belong to Attock and one from Islamabad.The copy of their petition is with me which is very much convincing and forceful.

I think IHC kay faislay ko Supreme Court main challenge nahin kia ja sakta.

Every order except Supreme Court & compromise order is appealable and order passed by IHC can be challenged in Supreme Court of Pakistan, if the Govt is disagreed & Dissatisfied… I am performing the duties as PA to Judge, i knew such things.

AOA….dear every order passed by the HC can be challenged within 60 days of the final Judgenebt by the High Court…Moreover Intra Court appeal is also filed in the same court for review.
