The Finance Secretary has cleared the summary of the 20% Special Relief Allowance for all the Federal Govt Employees. This 20% Special Relief Allowance was granted to the Federal Employees of Ministries & Divisions only and the Attached Department’s Employees were left out. Now it will be great news for the Attached Department’s Employees if the Notification of the same is issued soon. It is expected that the Notification of 20% Special Relief Allowance will be issued within few days as the Secretary Finance has promised in the court.

Islamabad High Court fixed the date of hearing 28-2-2014 for implementation of 20% speical allowance for all federal govt employees.Notification must be issued till 28-2-2014 and the same provided to the Court on 28-2-2014.

it is now clear that no notification will be issued by the finance dept because as long enough time is elapsed in this correspondance. it is not understood that the court has not given any order but case disposed-off without any court order. Now it become a “KHICHRI” that court and govt both made servants in thinking. Now the case should re-opened without furhter delay as much time is wasted. and honourable court must called upon finance secretary in contempt case to provide copy of Notification or to get ready for consequences. plz comment

I have learnt one of my colleagues that although the summary is in the prime minister’s officer but the summary is in negative form. How can it be possible as Secy Finance had agreed in the court that Govt has decided to give 20% special allowance to all the leftover FG employees. Kindly give the updated news.
Dear Khalid, various news are coming from various sources. Some says the summary of 20% Special Relief Allowance has been approved by the PM and some says the case will again go in the court. But we hope best in future.

Until and Unless this Notification is issued … Nothing can be said with so much assurance… ’cause as far as This Govt’ promises r concern every 1 know ………. 🙂
