Government of the Punjab has notified 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014 with effect from 1st July 2014 to all the provincial Govt employees.
Notification of Increase in Medical Allowance 2014 by Punjab Govt
Government of the Punjab has also notified 20% increase in medical allowance wef 1st July 2014 and the new rates of Medical Allowance will be Rs. 1200/- PM instead of Rs. 1000/- per month for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-15.
Notification of Increase in Conveyance Allowance 2014 by Punjab Govt
Govt of Punjab has also increased the Conveyance Allowance rates for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-15 with affect from 1st July 2014 the new rates will be as under:

AOA. I would seek that I joined health department as regular Govt.servent on 19-7-1986 in BS-06 as a Dispensar.Some of my collegues have got promotion in BS-08 as selectiion scale since 1996 or other. But I could not get the same due to unsean reasons. On the other hand Govt. of punjab introduced a 4 tier service for paramedics and other allied health professionals since Nov. 2011. In this situation, I got my service fixed in BS-12. Now I have been retired from Govt. service since 9/2/2016. In the prevailling senareo, I request you to please guide that, can I get benefit of my previous due promotion as slection grade from BS-06 to Bs-8 since 1996 even after my retirement from service in 2016 or otherwise. is there no salary increase for BS-16 and above as mentioned in notification?
Dear Anwar, there is 10% ARA-2014 for all the Punjab Govt Employees.

Dear Saqib they will too get ARA-2014 @ 10% of the running basic pay.
