Government of the Sindh Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(SR-I)1(52)/2010 dated 21st July 2014 in connection with Time Scale to the School Teachers of Sindh.
In continuation of this Department’s letter of even No dated 7th June 2010 and with the approval of the Competitive Authority, the incentive of higher grade on the basis of Time Scale is allowed to those primary school teachers (PSTs) who are recruited initially in BPS-09 having qualification of Intermediate in 2nd Division with effect from 28th November 2011. Para-1A is however inserted after para-1(1) aforesaid circular, as under:

madam meri date of appointment 19.09.1992 hay mera grade 07 me appointment hua tha ab mujhe 19.09.2013 me time scale ki bunyad per grade 14 mila tha.meri qualification M.A and P,T,C and B,Ed hay jub keh sirf Inter me third division hay baqi Matric to M.A second division hay,Me primary school teacher hoon.
Kia mujhe is notification ki bunyad per BPS-15 mil sakta hay.
Dear ye time scale promotion khud he education department aur district acounts office wale kerde ge ya fer pichli bar ki tarah dhake khilate rahe ge aur fer jo un ki jebe garam karega un ko promotion jaldi mil jaye ge hona to ye chahye ke is notifction ke bad atomtcly hamare promotion hojana chahye kyu hamare computer trck record district accounus walo ke han mojod he us me hamri service ka period bhi hota he to us hisab se promotion ker dene chahye na ke ye ke hum ko dakhe khilate rahe purane tareke se promtions hote rahe
