Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Establishment and Administration Department has already issued the Notification of Method of Recruitment of Superintendents, Assistants, Senior Clerk and Junior Clerk. This was issued vide Notification No. SOE.IV(E&AD)/1-35/2012 dated 6-12-2012.
Recruitment of Superintendents
In this Notification the Superintendents were recruited 100% on promotion on seniority basis.
Recruitment of Assistants
Recruitment of Assistants was made Seventy Five percent on the basis of promotion and 25% on direct initial recruitment.
Recruitment of Senior Clerk
Recruitment of Senior Clerk was made 100% on promotion basis.
Recruitment of Junior Clerk
Recruitment of Junior Clerk was made thirty three percent on promotion basis from Daftries, Qasids, Gestetner Operators and Naib Qasids including holding of other equivalent posts and there was 67% on initial recruitment.
