Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(SOSR-II)8-14/2015 dated 14-07-2015 in connection with Notification of Ph.D/D.Sc Allowance by KPK @ 10000/- per month.
Special Science & Technology Allowance has been discontinued and now all the Ph.D/D.Sc degree holders will get Ph.D/D.Sc Allowance. The rates of Ph.D Allowance were 2250/- per month and Special Science & Technology Allowance were 7500/- per month.
Madam I am serving as Librarian at Higher Education (Govt College). but due to the lack of local postgraduate opportunities i am doing my PhD in Education instead of Library Science, which is my Job concerned post graduate qualification.
In simple words my field of job is library science but i am doing my PhD in Education. Am i illegible for this PhD allowance after completion?

salam.Madam this Special Science & Technology Allowance should be given to MS/Mphill degree holders employees. Thanks.
`but this is injustice because some notification govt. of kpk do not notified to autonomous bodies while some notification they notified to autonomous bodies why ? just like previous notification regarding budget 2015-16 of all those employees who has not promoted may be granted an extra allowance of Rs.10000/- which has not been notified to the autonomous bodies Why ?
