Copy of Demands of APCA and Action by Punjab Govt on these demands has been received. In these demands, upgradation of all the Punjab Govt (Non-Technical Cadres) employees on the analogy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Govt, Grant of Time Scale Promotion to all the Punjab Govt (Technical/Non-Technical cadres) employees of BPS-05 to BPS-16 and others are included.
You can read the discussion on these demands and decisions by the Chief Minister. The deadline for the fulfillment of these demands is 15 days.

I along with 5 others were appointed as Office Assistant BPS-11, in the newly established Divisional Directorate of P&D in the 6 Divisional headquarters of Balochistan in 1990-1991. We all were promoted as Office Superintendent BPS-16 on 23rd August, 2013. Meanwhile 6 posts of Assistant Director BPS-17 were created in the same Divisional Directorate for promotion of Superintendent BPS-16 to Assistant Director BPS-17. The service rules of newly created post of Assistant Director BPS-17 was framed & approved by the Government of Balochistan, wherein 50% (3 posts) reserved for promotion of Superintendents and other 50% (3 posts) to be filled by direct appointment by Balochistan, Public Service Commission. Direct appointment case is being processed in Balochistan Public Service Commission and the Superintendents BPS-16 will be promoted as Assistant Director BPS-17after completion of 3 year successful service as per above rules. Its mean our 3 senior most friends (including me) likely to be promoted as Assistant Director BPS-17 after 23rd August, 2016 on completion of 3 years service as per rule. Meanwhile the Balochistan Government has upgraded the post of Superintendents from PBS-16 to BPS-17 with effect from 18 Dec: 2014 through a notification issued on September, 2015. According to this new notification we the Superintendents already in PBS- 17 from 18th December, 20114.Now in the new situation what will be the procedure of our Promotion as Assistant Director BPS-17, while we are already in BPS-17 as Superintendents as stated above and who will be senior among us, direct appointee who are being appointed now by BPS Commission or we the Superintendents already in BPS-17 from Dec: 2014. Kindly guide us this regards as per rule. Thank and regards.

Does it includes Head Clerk / Assistant and Time scale promotion kon se employees k liye hey ? Kyon K mairi cousin bhi since 1988 to date Bs-14 mein kaam kr rahi hy. according to department / rule of labour & Manpower there is no promotion seat for female Head clerk, Whereas her junior male staff promoted to Bs-16. This is clearly discrimination.
