Notification of Public Holidays 2016 as well as Optional Holidays 2016 has been issued vide No. F.No.2/6/2015-Public dated 26-01-2016 by Ministry of Interior.
Public Holidays 2016
In the list of Public Holidays 2016 all previous years mentioned holidays are included except the Iqbal Day holiday. This holiday on 9th November 2015 was also not declared.
Optional Holidays 2016
Optional Holidays 2016 have also been announced by this Notification. Optional Holidays includes local holidays as well as religious related holidays. Most of these holidays are for minorities.

i have claimed for TA/DA at my dpt, i have joined through proper channel , i have all related documents like NOC, Relieving order, Conformation letter but the competent authority is asking to attach relevant rules regarding TA/DA, i have tried to search that rules but i did not found, please send me that rules in inbox
