Office of the Accountant General, Punjab has written a letter No. DAO (C)/MGR/CD-1350 dated 03-02-2016 in connection with Granting Financial Benefits to Sub Divisional Clerk and Senior Clerk Equally.
It has been intimated that the post of Senior Clerk was upgraded from BPS-07 to BPS-09 vide Notification dated 10-09-2007. Now the post of Senior Clerk has been further upgraded from BPS-09 to BPS-14 with effect from 01-01-2016. But the financial benefits are not being granted to the post of Sub Divisional Clerk inspite of Finance Department letter of the dated 23-09-1991.
