Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Welfare Wing) has issued Notification No. DS (W)-1729/2016 dated 09-05-2016 in connection with Committee Regarding Upgradation of Technical & Non-Clerical Posts.
According to this letter, following committee has been constituted in order to examine the various demands of Govt officials with regard to up-gradation of the Technical/Non-Clerical posts:
1- Secretary Finance Convener
2- Secretary Services Member
3- Secretary Regulation Member
The committee will submit their report on priority basis to the competent authority.

Government’s work on the upgradation of store keeping staff is NIL. They are working in BPS No.05 and BPS No.06 since the birth of Pakistan.All posts except store keeping staff have been upgraded. They have been waiting for their upgradation since 2007.
Jnab Asif sb . One should fight to get one,s right.Govt will not upgrade the storekeeper until the court is not knocked at.
