Detail of Increase in Salaries in Budget 2016-17 for the Government employees of Pakistan is as under:
Washing Allowance for the employees of BPS-01 to 04 has been increased from Rs. 100 to 150/-
Khateeb has been upgraded from BPS-12 to 15
Moaazan
Assistant Incharge has been upgraded from BPS-15 to BPS-16
Qualifiation Allowance 50% Increase
M.Phil Allowance Rs. 2500/-
LDC has been upgraded from BPS-7 to 9
UDC has been upgraded from BPS-9 to 11
Assistant has been upgraded from BPS- 14 to 16
Special Allowance Rs. 300/-
Conveyance Allowance has been increased 50% for late sitting
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013 & 2014 have been merged into basic pay
There has been granted 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2016 on the running basic pay
Pension has been increased 25% for the pensioners of the age of more than 85 years.
10% increase in Pension
Risk Allowance for FATA etc has been raised equal to Basic Pay
Minimum salary for labours has been increased from Rs. 13000/- to Rs. 14000/- per month.
Special Conveyance Allowance for disabled persons has been fixed Rs. 1000/-

Dear Zeeshan, ye govt ka rule hota h k wo allowance me izafa to kr skti h mgr kmi nhi kr skti.
Govt of Punjab, 5000/- dy rahi hy jab k Federal Govt main yeh Allowance tha hi nahin, yeh ab start kia gya hy @25% of PhD Allowance!!
Please NOTE Down: Employees of the Federal Govt did not have the facility of M.Phil Allowance, it was only available to PUNJAB Govt Employees in past. But now Federal Govt has started it too @ 25% of PhD Allowance!
I also request to people with lower knowledge not to spread wrong rumours leading to discomfort for the people.
