Directorate of Public Instruction (Colleges) Punjab, Lahore has issued memo No. 16919-27/E-2 dated 20-05-2016 in connection with Creation of Posts of Superintendents & EAD/Senior Bursars.
I am directed to request you to submit the cases for creation of posts of Superintendent in the male and female colleges where the enrollment of 1500 students and above, if enrollment exceeds 2000 a post of Senior Bursar may be demanded for supervision of accounts in the light of Govt letter dated 06-05-2004 alongwith following information/documents:
Written request of the principal concerned
Sanction strength of teaching & non-teaching posts
Enrollment of students in college
Budget Estimates on MTBF format
Full justification for creation of each post
Creation of Posts of Superintendents & EAD/Senior Bursars
