Government of Sindh, Services, General Administration & Coordination Department has written on 24-06-2016 to Secretary Finance Department Govt of Sindh regarding Upgradation of the Post of Junior Clerk, Senior Clerk, Assistant/Head Clerk in Sindh.
According to this letter, the Competent Authority i.e Chief Secretary Sindh, has directed that a summary for Chief Minister Sindh, for upgradation of clerical/ministerial staff cadre posts may be floated/moved by the Finance Department by its own level as this Department has no objection on the proposed upgradation on the basis of provinces Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir during the current financial year 2016-17 as under:

asalam o alaikum sir meri appontment 27-11-1992 me post khali na hone ki wjhase chowkidar ki post per rakha gaya tha 2008 me mujhe jr cllerk ki post se grade 7 me nwaza gaya or august 2016 me grade 11 diya hi jabke mere 1 sathi ko jo grade 1 me tha 1992 se usko grade 14 mila hi kiya ye sahi hi ?

sir, yeh maloom karna tha ke federal budget 2016-17 me finance minister ne elan kiya tha ka clercial staff ka up gradation ker dia yaga hay . leken aaj 11 july hai aur abhi tak notification nai howa. as ke barey mai kuch maloomat dai.
it is really matter of high spirits to know that sindh government is making the upgradation of junior clerks in bps11 from bps 7 something balance of expenditures will be leveled and going through the process and serving continuously junior clerk will also get retirement in the 17 or 18 grade may allah do the good of theose who taken efforts for this thing

I m in atomic energy commission. My 2010 50% adhoc allowance when freezed on 30.06.2011 was 3880. Later on I was promoted to next scale SPS-5 on 17.10.2014 but my said allowance has not been upgraded on the initial basic pay (initial basic of SPS-5 of 2008 is 9230 hence 50% allowance becomes 4615) of 2008 scale of my new scale.
All new entrants in my scale are drawing 4615 but mine is 3880.
Can my allowance be upgraded according to FG rules? please help
