Government of Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(SR-III)5/4-2009(A) dated 08-08-2016 in connection with Notification of Special Judicial Allowance Sindh.
Notification of Special Judicial Allowance Sindh
According to this Notification, Finance Department allows Special Judicial Allowance at the rate of initial basic pay of the Basic Pay Scales 2008 to the officers/employees in BPS-01 and above of the subordinate judiciary/District Judiciary (Sindh Judicial Service). It is also for courts /tribunal functioning under the territorial jurisdiction of the Sindh High Court as per Article 203 of the Constitution of Pakistan for two months only i.e May 2016 and June 2016.
