Summary has been approved for the Upgradation Punjab Lecture Assistants on 02-09-2016 by the CM Punjab.
According to this summary, Chief Minister has seen and is pleased to approve proposal contained in para-50/ante read with paras 59, 64, 65 & 67/ante.

Summary has been re-examined. Finance Department reiterates its earlier stance in Para 59/ante read with observation of Secretary (Regulation), S&GAD, contained in Para 65/ante with the addition that prescribed qualification for appointment of Lecturer Assistant may be enhanced from Matriculation with Science to F.Sc (Pre-Medical) (2nd Division) through amendment in existing service rules.
