The High Court of Sindh, Karachi issued letter No. HC/ADMI/02420 dated 27-10-2016 in connection with Up-gradation, Change of Nomenclature of Ministerial Staff of Sub-Ordinate Courts Sindh.

With reference to the subject captioned, I am directed to state that having perused the category wise proposal for up-gradation, creation of new posts, sanctioned strength and change of nomenclature of posts in respect of staff posted in District Courts of Sindh, the Honoutrable Chief Justice has been pleased to approve the same.

It is therefore requested that the requisite up-gradation, change of nomenclature, creation of new posts and sanctioned strength of the posts of ministerial staff of all the District and sub-ordinate courts in Sindh may be got notified through Govt of Sindh, Finance Department, at earliest, accordingly.
