Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD.SR-I.9-14/2002(P) dated 31-01-2017 in connection with Notification of Grant of Utility Allowance for Officials Working in Civil Secretariat.
Grant of Utility Allowance for Officials Working in Civil Secretariat
According to this Notification, I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that the Governor of the Punjab has been pleased to grant Utility Allowance to all the employees in BPS-01 to BPS-16 and incumbents of the posts of Private Secretary BPS-17 & Superintendent BPS-17 working in Punjab Civil Secretariat and drawing pay from the payroll of Secretariat Departments with effect from 01-02-2017 at the following rates:

The Utility Allowance will be paid on monthly basis along with salary.

What about other employees of Punjab Government and what about employees above 17 Grade, All are under burden of heavy utility Bills…
What about the officer BPS-17 and above!!!!!!!!!! whether they are not in trouble during these price hike-days!!!!!!!!!. Discrimination needs to be resolved
I think it is not justice with the emplyees of one state.it is like a father he has two sons but one is the prince and the other is servent.

I dont like pml N due to these discriminative policies . Only civil secretariat employees are govt employees , others are hindu .
