Birth Registration and Death Registration is the Responsibility of Secretary Union Council etc

Government of the Punjab has issued Notification on 28-09-2017 in connection with Birth Registration and Death Registration is the Responsibility of Secretary Union Council etc.

According to this Notification the following are free of cost:

1. Birth Registration
2. Death Registration
3. Late Registration of Birth and Death
4. Only 100 Rupees will be charged in case of Computerized Certificate

 

It is not the responsibility of the people to register the above certificate themselves but is the responsibility of the Chairman and Secretary Union Counsil to manage the same personally.
