Directorate of Public Instructions (Colleges) Punjab, Lahore has issued Notification on 18-01-2018 in connection with Sanction Earned Leave/Study Leave/Ex-Pakistan Leave. Detail is as under:
Sanction Earned Leave/Study Leave/Ex-Pakistan Leave
I am further directed to intimate that No One (employees of HED e.g Librarians, Lecturers, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors and Professors as well as Principals of the concerned colleges) can go on leave without prior permission and written approval of the Competent Authority and mere writing of application does not confine any right of leave. Leave is not a right but discretion of the competent authority.
The instructions of the Competent Authority may be compiled in letter & spirit.
