Government of Sindh, Health Department has issued Notification of Free Medical Treatment Disabled Persons and Their families-Sindh. Detail is as under.
I am directed to refer to the subject captioned above and to convey the Instructions of Honorable Chief Secretary Sindh to ensure Free Medical Treatment to the Disabled persons and their family members as indoor / outdoor patients, supported by medicines, in accordance with approved policy vide letter No. NO-F-9145/2004-MF, dated 27th March, 2009 received from Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad.
It is therefore, requested to ensure, provision of free medical treatment to the Disabled persons and their family members, as well as introduction of separate window / counter for said persons.
Above instructions may be complied with in its letter and spirit.
