Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division has issued Notification No. 8/13/2016-E-2 dated 17-04-2018 in connection with Revision Prime Minister Assistance Package 2018. Detail is as under:
Revision Prime Minister Assistance Package 2018
The undersigned is directed to refer to the above noted subject and to state that the Prime Minister has approved that: –
“The condition to apply for employment within one year under the Assistance Package as notified by the Establishment Division vide O.M. No.8/10/2000-CP-I dated 6th August, 2004 and O. M. No. 4/1/2005-CP-I dated 13th April, 2005 is amended to the extent that: the window/widower or a child of a civil servant who dies during service may be entitled to apply for contract appointment as per maximum age limit prescribed for Initial Appointment of Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993”
All ministries/Divisions are requested to ensure circulation of the above-mentioned amendments to their attached departments and sub-ordinate offices under their administrative control for implementation in letter and spirit.

yar ye fazul ki notifications jari krtay hai establishmnt walay .. wo supreme court ne jo decision dia ta pm assistance pkg 2014 ka os ka kya bana ?? w.e.f 13.6.2013 to 08.02.2015 wala? oska admin apko koe elam hai k nhi ?? plz inform me if u have any latest news about that ….
