According to the daily Dunya dated Updates of Increase Salary Govt Employees Budget 2018-19 have been published on the dated 25-04-2018. Detail is as under:
According to the Daily Dunya Islamabad dated 25-04-2018, there is proposal of increase in salaries for the Government Employees 10% to 15%. There are chances for 15% increase in pension. House Requisition Ceiling is proposed to be 30%. There are chances in increase in Medical Allowance and Conveyance Allowance.

Increase Salary Govt Employees Budget 2018-19
According to the newspaper, the Finance Secretary and APCA agreed to increase 20% pay for the Government Employees in the coming budget 2018-19.
Merging of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2016 & 2017
They agreed to merge Adhoc Relief Allowance 2016 & 2017 into basic pay and issue Revised Pay Scale 2018.
Increase in House Rent Allowance
There will be 50% increase in House Rent Allowance for the Government Employees. HRA will be granted on the basis of
Revised Pay Scale 2018.
Increase in Medical Allowance
There will be a reasonable increase in Medical Allowance of the Government Employees.
Group Insurance
Group Insurance will also be granted on retirement instead of only death cases.

I think Govt. should realise the hardship of its employees and streamline the pay and allowances as proportional to inflation in order to cater their basic needs at some sort and also take crucial steps to make cost of living as low as affordable for the masses.
