I am here sharing the Detail of Increase Rental Ceiling Budget 2018 for the Government Employees. According to the budget there has been increased 50% Rental Ceiling for the Govt Employees. Detail is as under:
Before budget last year it had been decided to increase 50% in the current Rental Ceiling. Now in this budget 2018-19 there has been increased Rental Ceiling as well as Increased House Rent Allowance 2018.

Kindly bring this into my knowledge that those who will get rental ceiling are not eligible to avail their House Rent Allowance.
Some one told me that when house requisition will be add in your pay than they will deduct the house rent allowance from your pay.
2017-18
i.e. If an employee (BPS 18) is getting a
Basic Pay: 38,350 + HRA: 5810 ————- Total= 44,160 PKR
2018-19
Will he get a
Pay: 38,350 + 3,835 (10% adhoc relief) + HRA: 8,715 (50% raise in budget) + 24,929 (50% raise in budget) ————————- Total = 75,829 PKR
OR
He will get a
Pay: 38,350 + 3,835 (10% adhoc relief) – HRA: 8,715 (50% raise in budget) +24,929 (50% raise in budget) ————————– Total = 67,114 PKR
I want to file a write petition against the federal Govt in this kind of injustice where a public servant in the same scale take house rent is less than 10% of those who take house requisition.
