Department (Welfare Wing) has issued letter on 09-05-2019 in connection with Payment
of House Rent Allowance @45%. Detail is as under:
I am directed
to refer to the subject noted above and to draw your attention to the circular
letter dated 11.10.1997 wherein it has been provided that if a government
servant while working in autonomous body continue to retain government owned accommodation.
The autonomous body concerned shall be liable to pay house rent allowance (45%)
to the government on behalf of deputationist/occupant of government residence.
2. In view of the above, it is, therefore, requested that your institution will have to pay house rent allowance (45%) in respect of Dr. Samia Masood Dar APMO, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore for the period which she has served in your institutions.
