I am directed to refer to the subject cited as above and to inform that Government of The Punjab, S&GAD Department Regulation Wing vide Notification No. SO(ERB)(S&GAD)5-19/2018 dated 29-07-2019 has desired to regularize The services of all contract employees those have completed 03 years continuous service before or after The commencement of The Act, (Copy Enclosed).

2. You are requested to submit the evaluation report of The contract employee working under your kind control on The following prescribed format within a week.

3. It may treat as Most Urgent.

ACR Dossiers of All Contract Employees

Government of the Punjab Environmental Protection Agency has also issued the given below letter on 12th September 2019. Detail is as under:

I am directed to refer to the subject cited as above and to inform that Government of the Punjab, S&GAD Department Regulation Wing vide Notification No. SO(SRB)(S&GAD)5-19/2018 dated 24-07-2019 has desired to regularize the services of all contract employees those have completed  03 years continuous service before or after the commencement of the Act. (Copy Enclosed)

2. You are requested to submit the ACR Dossiers for the period of three years of all contract employee working under your kind control within a week.
3. It may treat as Most Urgent.
