Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan Civil Secretariat (S&GAD) and Cabinet Department) has issued Notification on 23-09-2019 in connection with Regularization Doctors BPS-17 & BPS-18 of Health Department Gilgit-Baltistan. Summary is as under:
No.06(4)/2013-Estt-IV-Services. Consequent upon the approval of competent authority the services of the following doctors of Health Department Gilgit-Baltistan are hereby recognized with effect from 9th March, 2019 in accordance with Gilgit-Baltistan Health Department Regularization of Services of Doctors) Act-2018 (Act.VII of 2018).
- The Regular appointment of above tabulated doctors shall be governed by the Gilgit-Baltistan Health Department (Regularization of services of Doctors). Act, 2018 (Act. VII of 2018).
- The services rendered by the above tabulated doctors on contract basis shall not be counted for any purpose (pension and leave) on his/her appointment under the Gilgit-Baltistan Health Department (Regularization of Services of Doctors) Act, 2018 (Act. VII of 2018).
- The salary component shall be in accordance with the pay plus usual allowances prescribed for the post against which he/she is appointed.
- The department will place them at the bottom of the seniority list of the already existing ones.
