Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Sargodha has issued Orders on 15-10-2019 in connection with Notification of Regularization from Date of Induction Junior Clerks (Rule-17-A). Detail is as under:
Whereas the following Junior Clerks appointed under Rule 17-A of the Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules 1974 filed writ petition No. 35754/2019 in the Honorable Lahore High Court Lahore, with the prayer that the petition under reference may kindly be accepted and impugned order dated 13-05-2019 and dated 29-10-2019 to the extent of Petitioner No. 20 may kindly be set aside declaring null and vide and the respondents may kindly be directed to regularize services of the petitioners from the date of their induction into service. It was further prayed that operation of the impugned order dated 13-05-2019 may kindly be suspended till final decision of the main writ petition.
And whereas the Honorable Court disposed of the afore mentioned writ petition on 14-06-2019 with the direction to the Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Sargodha (Respondent No.02) as under.
“The request of the learned counsel is tenable, which has not been opposed by the learned
Law officer, Therefore, Respondent No.02 is directed to decide the pending application of
The Petitioners in accordance with law through a speaking order after hearing all the necessary
Parties within one month of receipt of certified copy of this order. Compliance report shall be
submitted to Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Courts.”
