Government of the Punjab, Population Welfare Department has issued Notification in January 2020 in connection with Authority Sanction of Leave, Transfers & Posting, NOC for Passport. Detail is as under:
- PWD/SO(A)/Gen/Decentralization plan/2019, In pursuance of Rule 4(2) & 10(1)(g) of the Punjab Government Rules of Business, 2011, the Secretary, Population Welfare Department, Punjab is pleased to delegate administrative powers of this Department to the Officers / lower formations as mentioned below to the extent of field offices to facilitate and streamline the functioning of Population Welfare Department, Punjab.
