Notification of Directory Retirement Committee by Finance Division

The government of Pakistan Finance Division has issued Notification on 17-06-2020 in connection with Directory Retirement Committee. The details are as under:

 

Directory Retirement Committee

 

No.F.1(5)HR-1/2020.- In terms of Rule-4 of the Civil Servants (Directory Retirement form Service ) Rules, 2020, the competent authority has been pleased to constitute the following “Directory Retirement  Committees’ in Finance Division to deal with cases of the Civil Servants (BS-17-19) and (BS-16 and below):-

 

Retirement Committee for Civil Servants BPS-17 to 19

 

  • Additional Finance Secretary (HRM), Finance Division             –      Chairman
  • The representative of Establishment Division bot below BPS-20 –      member
  • Joint Secretary (Regulation), Finance Division
  • Muhammad Israr, Addll. Draftsman (BS-20), Law & Justice Division
  • Deputy Secretary (HR), Finance Division

 

Retirement Committee for Civil Servants BPS-16 and below

 

  • Senior Joint Secretary / Joint Secretary (HRM), Finance Division.
  • The representative of Establishment Division Not below BPS-19
  • Deputy Secretary (Reg-1), Finance Division
  • Muhammad Israr, Addll. Draftsman (BS-20), Law & Justice Division
  • Deputy Secretary (HR), Finance Division

The functions and mandate of the retirement committees are defined in the civil Servants (Directory Retirement from Service) Rules, 2020.
