Ban on Station Leave without Prior Approval till Eid-ul-Azha Holidays 2020 (LG)

Punjab Local Government Board, Local Government Complex has issued Notification on 17-07-2020 in connection with Ban on Station Leave without Prior Approval till Eid-ul-Azha Holidays 2020.

The Competent Authority has directed to convey that all the Officers posted in Local Governments throughout the province of Punjab shall not leave their stations without the approval of the concerned Divisional Commissioners in case of Metropolitan and Deputy Commissioners in case of all other Local Governments due to emergent situation of a flood, cattle mandis and arrangements of cleanliness on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha 2020.

If any officer found absent from station of his posting without permission of the above-mentioned authorities, strict disciplinary action shall be taken against the delinquent officer.

  • All Divisional Commissioners in Punjab
  • All Deputy Commissioners in Punjab
  • PSO to Secretary, LG & CD Department
  • All Assistant Commissioners in Punjab
  • All Administrators of Town Committees in Punjab
