Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued Notification on 15-10-2020 in connection with Revised School Timings Punjab wef 16-10-2020.
SO(A-1)1-31/2008 (P-I): In continuation of this Department’s Notification of even Number dated 12-09-2020, the timings of School w.e.f. 16-10-2020 shall be observed as:-

Note:
The Chief Executive Officer (DEA) concerned may take adjustment of 15-minutes in opening and closing time boys & girls schools on case-to-case basis keeping in view the local problems but the study hours shall be strictly observed.
The headteacher in consultation with the concerned Controlling Officer may make plans for 10 minutes recess (2 times) daily except on Friday with Students’ break up in such a manner that proper social distancing as per SOPs is maintained.
There are more notifications regarding Punjab Government School Timings. This Notification is the latest that the SED Issued today. So this Notification supersedes all others. A copy of this Notification School Education Department has sent to all concerned.
