Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Elementary & Secondary Education Department has issued a Notification in connection with Extension Winter Holidays till 31st January 2021 Due to Harsh Cold Weather Winter Zone KKP. The details of the extended winter holidays due to sever of the weather are as under:
Extension Winter Holidays till 31st January 2021 in Winter Zone KKP
The department issued this Notification In continuation of this Department notification of even number dated 25.11.2020. The competent authority pleases to extend the winter vacations. This extension is only for the winter zone schools up-to 31.01.2021. The department did so due to the harsh cold weather in the Province.
It is to mention here for the students, teachers that in plain areas the schools/colleges will re-open as per the new schedule of the Government of Pakistan. In this regard, the Federal Government has issued a Notification of Re-open of Educational Institutions with effect from 18th Jan 2021.
