I am sharing the Comparison of Salary Package Budget 2021-2022 All Provinces & Federal Government of Pakistan. Federal and all provinces Governments of Pakistan have announced their Budget 2021-2022 on various dates during the last couple of days. I have prepared the comparison chart of the allowances and other packages the various Governments announced for the employees.
Comparison of Salary Package Budget 2021-2022 All Governments
It is to mention here that this chart is as per the Budget Speeches 2021. These are not final announcements; there may the Governments do changes to it during the finalization of the Budget. Let’s see the benefits the employees of Federal and all provinces will get:
Federal Government
- 10% of Running Basic Pay (wef 1st July 2021)
- DRA 2021 @ 25% on Running Basic Pay wef 1st March 2021
- 10% Increase in Pension
- 20,000/- per month
- Integrated Allowance increase from Rs. 450/- pm
- An increase from Rs. 450/- pm to 900/- pm. (BPS-01 to BPS-05)
- Ardali Allowance @ 17500/- per month for the employees of BPS-20 and above.
Punjab Government
- 10% of Running Basic Pay (wef 1st July 2021)
- Special Allowance @ 25% of Initial Basic Pay wef 1st June 2021
- 10% Increase in Pension
- 20,000/- per month
Sindh Government
- 20% of Running Basic Pay (wef 1st July 2021)
- 10% Increase in Pension
- 25,000/- per month
- Special Allowance for Class IV employees
- BPS-01 = Rs. 1900/- pm
- BPS-02 = Rs. 1500/- pm
- BPS-03 = Rs. 900/- pm
- BPS-04 & BPS-05 = 250/- pm
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government
- 10% of the Running Basic Pay wef 1st July 2021
- 20% Special Allowance with effect from1st July 2021
- 10% Increase in Pension
- 21,000/- per month
- 7% Increase in House Rent Allowance
Balochistan Government
- 10% of Running Basic Pay
- 15% Disparity Reduction Allowance
- 10% Increase in Pension
Balochistan Government has also announced various packages for specific cadre employees. These are inlude Special Conveyance Allowance for Disabled persons, Conveyance Allowance during winter/summer holidays etc. The Balochistan Govt also announced health related allowance for Health department employees.
Disparity allowance of Punjab government will be applicable from 1st June or 1st July? If it is 1st June than yet notification is still pending from finance department how it will be given with pay of June i.e. on 1st July???
Special Allowance Punjab is from 1st June 2021 and will be paid on 1st July or most chances two months on 1st Aug 2021.
