Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department has issued a Notification on 26-07-2021 in connection with Provincial Cabinet Decision Regarding Re-Hiring a Civil Servant Punjab. The details are as under:
Decision Regarding Re-Hiring a Civil Servant
The Provincial Cabinet in its meeting held on 22-06-2021 has been pleased to approve that re-hiring of a civil servant should not exceed 63 years in aby case and be done only under Re-employment Policy framed under section 13 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974.
2. I am, therefore, directed to convey the above decision of the Provincial Cabinet for implementation in l letter and spirit.
