Government of Punjab, Finance Department has issued a Notification on 08-02-2022 in connection with clarification regarding Upgradation of Accounts Related Posts, Store Keeper, and Computer Operators TEVTA. The details are as under:

Will the Director (HR), Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) kindly refer to your letter No. TEVTA/Dir-HR/IC&ID/CA/2021 Dated 20.01.2022 on the subject noted above?
Finance Department has examined the case and observed as under:-
Qualification for Assistant Store Keeper And Store Keeper
The prescribed qualification for the posts of Assistant Store Keeper (BS-6) and storekeeper (BS-6) is Matric with a one-year Computer Certificate and D.Com/ i.Com respectively. Hence, these posts are required to be up-graded / re-designated as Junior Store Keeper (BS-7 ) and Store Keeper (BS-11) w.e.f. 14.12.2018 in light of FD’s Notification No. FD.PC.40-43/2017(D), Dated 14.12.2018 subject to adoption by TEVTA.
Upgradation of Computer Operator / Stenographer / PA
The post of Computer Operator / Stenographer / PA which has already been re-designated / upgraded as a Computer Operator (BS-14) in light of Notification dated 16.01.2017 they further upgrade in BS-15 in light of FD’s Notification No. FD.PC.40-43/2017 (E), dated 14.12.2018 subject to adoption by TEVTA.
Upgradation/Re-Designation Clerk cum Accountant (BS-05) and Accountant (BS-08)
iii. The posts of clerk cum Accountant (BS-05) and Accountant (BS-08), are liable to be upgraded/ re-designated as Junior Clerk (BS-11 ) in light of FD’s Notification No. FD.PC.40-43/2017(D), Dated 14.12.2018 subject to adoption by TEVTA.
Accountant (BS-11), Accounts Clerk (BS-11), and Accounts Supervisor (BS-14)
The posts of Accountant (BS-11), Accounts Clerk (BS-11), and Accounts Supervisor (BS-14) are liable to be re-designed as Accountant (BS-15) in light of FD’s Notification No. FD.PC.40-43/2017(E), Dated 14.12.2018 subject to adoption by TEVTA.
Accounts/ Admin. Officer / Superintendent (BS-16) and Assistant Director (Finance) (BS-17)
The posts of Accounts/ Admin. Officer / Superintendent (BS-16) and Assistant Director (Finance) (BS-17), are liable to be re-designed as Senior Accountant (BS-16) and Accounts Officer (BS-17) respectively light of FD’s Notification No. FD.PC.40-43/2017(E), Dated 14.12.2018 subject to adoption by TEVTA.
