According to the Budget Speech 2022-23 Sindh the Sindh Government increase salaries for the employees of the province of Sindh. The pay/pension increase and other benefits for the employees and pensioners of the province of Sindh are as under:

The following attractive package for the employees of Sindh province has been announced:
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2022 Sindh @ 15% of Pay
Disparity Reduction Allowance
Revised Pay Scales 2022
Increase in Pension @ 15%
If any province increases more than 15% pay/pension then Sindh Government will also do the same.
Upgradation of Police Constables from BPS-05 to BPS-07
For the information of employees, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government has announced Pension Reforms and Packages for employees of KPK in the 2022-23 Budget. The Sindh Government has announced a package that is different from KP and the Federal governments.
Revised Pay Scales 2022 Sindh
Adhoc Relief Allowances 2016. 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021 at the rates admissible to the employees of the Federal Government Sindh Govt is merging, and Revised Pay Scales 2022 for civil servants of the Government of Sindh is being introduced on the pattern of the Federal Government.
ARA-2022 Sindh
Adhoc Relief Allowance at the rate of 15% of Basic Pay Scales to Civil Servants of Government of Sindh with effect from 1st July 2022.
Disparity Reduction Allowance 2022 @ 33% and 30%
Disparity Reduction Allowance at the rate of 33% of Basic Pay will be paid to Civil Servants in BPS-01 to BPS-16 and at the rate of 30% to civil servants in BPS-17 and above in lieu of the differential rate of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013, 2015, 2026, 2017,, 2028, 2019, 2020 & 2021 which are being abolished with effect from 1st July 2022.
Pensioners of Sindh were already getting a 22.5% increase in net pension than pensioners of the Federal Government till February 2022. Therefore an increase at the rate of 5% of net pension pensioners of the Sindh will get wef 1st July 2022. Thus after the announcement of a 10% increase in a pension by the Federal Govt in March 2022 and the enhancement of the rate of increase to 15% from 1st July 2022 pensioners of Sindh will be getting 12.5% more net pension that the pensioners of the Federal Government.

Brother There is no clarification for Ad-hoc allowance will give on Revised pay or 2017.?
also Different ARA from Federal to Sindh govt. from: 2013-2021, 37.5% if they abolished and they give DRA only 33% that mean Gross salary will decrease.
DRA 33% will give on basic 2017, or Revised pay scale 2022. ?
and What about Federals already giving DRA 2021. 25% and DRA 2022. 15% ?
Sir kindly guide about abolishing of allowances 2013,15,20 and others which are high in rates as per federal suppose 5% in 2017, 5% in 2019 and 10% in 2020 will be abolished?? And after abolishing them, government will give disparity allowance? If yes then the benefit of 33% and 30% is nothing because there will be cut in salaries..

Mera Khaial hay Sindh Government nain adjustment ki hay. Sindh Pensioners pehlay hi ziada pension lay rahay thay.
Agar BPS 11 waly ka basic pay 13450/ h
Baqi allowance mila kar or2022-23 ka15% or disparity allowance laga kr kitni salary banti h ?

Yes all extra allowances as ARA will be abolished in this Budget and their total comes to about 18%.
