Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued various Notifications in connection with Notification Special Allowance @ 50%, SJ Allowance, and AGO Allowance in Punjab. FD Punjab also issued Notification of the revision of Special Judicial Allowance @ 1.5 times as well as Advocate General Office Allowance. The details are as under:

Revision of Special Judicial Allowance 2022
In continuation of Finance department’s letter of even dated 25.01.2021 (copy enclosed)
And in pursuance of approval of the competent authority i.e. the chief minister, Punjab under article 240 of the Constitution read with Section 23 of the Punjab civil servant act, 1974, the finance department conveys its concurrence regarding the grant of special judicial allowance at the rate of equal to 1.5 times of monthly basic pay w.e.f. 01.07.2022 to all the judicial officers of the Punjab judicial service.
Advocate General Office Allowance 2022
In continuation of the finance department’s letter no.FD.SR-1.9-48/2014 dated 14.02.2018 (copy enclosed), the governor of Punjab is pleased to grant of advocate general office allowance @ 30% of the monthly basic pay w.e.f. 01.027.2022 to the employees of advocate general office, Punjab.
Revision of Special Judicial Allowance to LHC Establishment
In continuation of Finance Department’s letter no. dated 26.01.2021 (copy enclosed) and in pursuance of approval of the competent authority i.e. the governor of Punjab under article 208 read with article 105 of the constitution, the Finance department conveys its concurrence regarding the grant of special judicial allowance at the rate equal to 1.5 times of monthly basic pay w.e.f. 01.07.2022 to the member of the Lahore high court establishment.
Chief Ministers Office Special Allowance
In continuation of Finance Department’s letter of even No. dated 15.02.2018 (copy enclosed), Governor of Punjab is pleased to grant Chief Minister’s Office special allowance @ 50% of monthly basic pay w.e.f. 01.07.2022 to the officers/ officials drawing their pay from the payroll of the Chief Minister’s Office.
