Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, Finance Department issued Notification of 35% Increase Risk Allowance 2022 Rescue 1122 KPK by renaming Incentive Allowance. The field staff of Rescue-1122 of BPS-03 to BPS-16 will get this allowance with effect from 1st July 2022. The details are as under:
35% Increase Risk Allowance 2022 Rescue 1122 KPK
In pursuance of the decision of the Provincial Cabinet taken in its meeting held on 13.06.2022. The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa pleases to rename the incentive allowance as Risk Allowance. The FD also enhanced the same at the rate of 35% of 2017 initial basic pay to the field staff of Rescue – 1122, BPS (03-16) w.e.f. 01.07.2022.

The above allowance will be admissible subject to the following conditions:
This will be subject to Income tax
Those officers/officials who have posted against other posts and are in receipt of Special Allowance KPK other than regular ALllowances shall only get one of the allowances whichever is more beneficial.
It will not be admissible to the employees other than regular employees working against the sanctioned posts of Rescue – 1122, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
This allowance shall not be treated as part of emoluments for the purpose of calculations of pension/gratuity and calculation of House rent. Etc.
it will not admissible in any kind of leave as well as posting against OSD and Leave Reserve posts.
it will not be admissible to the officers/officials posted/deputedoutside Rescue – 1122, Khyber Pakhtunkhawa.
