Different educational boards hire staff for conducting examinations. The staff at the examination center perform different duties. They get specific payments for conducting examinations for a specific class. The inflation in Pakistan has made lives harder for everyone. That’s the reason, it’s difficult for the supervisory Invigilation staff to work on old rates. For taking into account the current issues and conditions of the country, the BISE Malakand enhances the remuneration and marking rates for the staff.
