The Government of Punjab, Finance Department issued a Notification on 11-01-2023 in connection with the Reorganization / Up-gradation of the 4-Tier Service Structure of Lecture Assistant @3:19:36:42 in Punjab. The details are as under:
Will the section officer (Discipline Male), Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department, kindly refers to his letter No. SO(DM) 3-25/2017-73876 dated 20-12-2022 on the subject cited above.
The case has been examined, Finance Department conveys its to the re-fixation of the Cadre Strength of Lecture Assistants keeping in view the total number of posts, i.e. 3142 printed in the approved Budget Book for FY 2022-2023 (copy enclosed).
The Administrative Department is advised to get the audit copy along with the identification of posts authorized by the Finance Department accordingly.
