It is very good news for the citizens of Bahawalnagar that the deputy commissioner of Bahawalnagar take steps for the domicile issuance. Now the citizens of Bahawalnagar easily get the Domicile but in they faced many difficulties in the past. Details about the notice are as follows;
Notification of Issuance of Domicile
To All the Assistant Commissioners, in the district of Bahawalnagar,
Subject: Issuance of Domicile certificate to the students of class 10th in Government High Schools.
The authorities have noted with grave concern that after getting through the matriculation examination, most students have to undergo a tedious procedure to get the Domicile certificate. The authorities have decided now that such students must be facilitated at their respective schools. To begin with, all students of 232 Government High Schools across the district will be facilitated in their schools. You are required to the correct following documents to proceed further in the matter:-
Lists of Documents for Domicle
Application form with the passport size pictures ( pattern enclosed)
Copy of the B-Form
Copy of the Father’s / mother’s CNIC
Affidavit on plain paper ( pattern enclosed)
E-Chain of RS-200
Report of principal concerned school regarding residence ( pattern enclosed)
In this regard, you are further required to the. coordinate with the concerned education officer, Chalk out a comprehensive plan in this regard, and send your Domicile team to the high schools for issuance of the Domicile certificates to the students of the 10th class, within the month of March.
